As a licensed psychotherapist and counselor focusing on Humanistic Psychology, Mindfulness, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I aim to guide individuals on a transformative journey of self-discovery and inner healing. Drawing from my experience and certification as a Hatha yoga teacher, mindfulness coach, and meditation teacher, I wholeheartedly believe in unlocking each person's innate wisdom, enabling them to reconnect with their intrinsic wholeness. My academic background in Psychology and Counseling Psychology further enhances my commitment to promoting well-being through self-actualization, focusing on the inherent potential for growth and fulfillment.
At the core of my approach is a compassionate and holistic ethos where I see individuals as multifaceted beings with unique strengths and challenges. My diverse training in Mindfulness, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Based Therapy (MBCT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) equips me to address a wide range of concerns, such as anxiety, depression, body image, self-esteem, mood disorders, self-improvement, empowerment, and entrepreneurship challenges.
I am deeply dedicated to fostering a nurturing and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their inner landscapes, cultivate self-awareness, and develop resilience. As an American Psychological Association (APA) member, I strive to promote overall well-being and facilitate growth through mindfulness-based psychotherapy counseling, natural health, and education.
My ultimate goal is to empower individuals to embrace a life of health, happiness, and fulfillment as they embark on self-discovery and transformation. My journey towards helping others has taken various forms, from a background in dentistry and real estate to discovering the profound impact of yoga and meditation. These experiences inspired me to pursue a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology and complete a rigorous two-year mindfulness certification program through the Greater Good Science Center at the University of California, Berkeley, where I worked with Tara Brach, Jack Kornfield, and Rick Hanson.

Born and raised on the East Coast, my heart found its home on the enchanting island of Maui in 2003, and I've been captivated by its beauty ever since. As an author, I penned the empowering book, "Too Good to Go, Too Bad to Stay, 5 Steps to Finding Freedom From a Toxic Relationship," seeking to support individuals in their journey toward healing and liberation. Alongside other passionate souls, I co-founded "Mindful Recovery," a mindfulness-based addiction recovery group warmly welcoming the Maui community. My dedication to holistic well-being extends further by creating a Mindful Eating program that guides people to nourish their minds and bodies, fostering a harmonious and mindful approach to self-care.
